Finn hunched over, pressing his face to her chest and biting his lip against the rapid rise and fall of her satiny soft skin as he came in his boxers.

Probably some asshole who saw the door open and figured he’d get lucky.

“Lia?” he called out in the dark kitchen. Where’s she hiding? He peeked around the counters. Why the hell did I leave Gardella’s door open while I ran upstairs? “Lia?”

“Finny?” A drunken giggle sounded in the kitchen and the lights came on, momentarily blinding him.

“Heidi?” He scowled at the woman in a short skirt and too-small halter top as she stumbled in five-inch heels, a cigarette in one hand and a half empty bottle of Vodka in the other.

What the hell was Cutter’s bartender doing in the kitchen?
